Cary Wallin

Cary Wallin is a highly accomplished volleyball player and coach known for her commitment to mentoring young athletes, helping them develop both their skills and character. 

Originally from Arroyo Grande, Cary was named the 1990 USA Today Player of the Year in HS, and went on play volleyball at Stanford University. Cary was a two-time AVCA National Player of the Year and helped lead the Cardinals to two NCAA Championships in 1992 and 1994. Her versatility on the court, excelling both as a setter and an opposite hitter, led to her being inducted into the Stanford Hall of Fame in 2006. 

After college, Cary competed on the US Women’s National Team and in AVP and FIVB events. Since becoming Coach Cary in 2011, she has helped teams win bronze, silver and gold medals at nationals. She appreciates the opportunity to give back to the sport she loves and ensure players she has the privilege of coaching continue to love the sport.
